Charitable event "Big People" was held at the representative office of Rossotrudnichestvo in London. On this day, Russian cultural center opened its doors to those who are not indifferent to the troubles of others, for whom helping those in need is a conscious and necessary part of life.
Actress and one of the founders of “Give of life” Foundation Dina Korzun and London photographer Tanya Naiden led the event.
The programme of the event featured pianist Sholpan Sharbakova-Miller who sang the "Children's Scenes" by Robert Schumann and artist Tasha Krestova who helped children create a three-dimensional postcards. There were also a book exchange, a lottery and plenty of gaming activities prepared for the little guests of the event.
The gallery of the Russian cultural centre was filled with drawings of very special artists - young patients of oncological and hematological hospitals. The exhibition presented more than 20 works of Russian – wards of the “Gift Life” Foundation.
The event "Big People" was held for the first time, but received a very positive response from companies and organizations of compatriots who provided their goods and services for free, as well as for guests who actively participated in raising funds for the treatment of small wards of the "Gift of Life" Foundation.
