In the framework of the Day of Space Science, public organisation “Baltika” held international teleconference “Russian language was the first to sound in space” dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the birth of the first cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin. During the audio conference, everyone could ask cosmonaut S.V. Avdeev questions. Yet, only the youngest participants of the meeting asked their questions, as the time of the teleconference with the cosmonaut was limited.

During the event, children learned about the influence of space on the lives of people in the mobile planetarium. Kevin Reed, who has a degree in astrophysics and planetology, and is also a member of the Royal Astronomical Society, spoke with guests, told scientific facts, answered questions.
