Days of Literature of the Eurasian Creative Guild acquainted London readers with new books

Days of Literature of the Eurasian Creative Guild took place in London on the eve of the annual Open Eurasian Book Forum and Literary Festival, which this year will be held in Stockholm.

During the three-day festival, presentations of books, concerts, photo exhibitions, film screenings, meetings with artists were organized at various venues in London.

The last day of the literary event was held at the office of Rossotrudnichestvo in London. The representative of Rossotrudnichestvo Anton Chesnokov addressed guests of the event with a welcoming speech. The minister-counsellor of the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus Oleg Ermolovich expressed great satisfaction with the work done in cooperation with the Guild.

Guests of the even also got acquainted with the new project of the Eurasian Creative Guild "The Book Series", launched in the spring of 2017. The project is designed to enable Eurasian authors to publish their books in English and gain international readership. More than 20 books of authors from the Republic of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Russia were presented in the framework of the "Book Series".

Days of literature in London were organized by the Eurasian Creative Guild under the leadership of Vice President Marat Akhmedjanov in cooperation with the Yunus Emre Center, the theatre group Orzu Arts, the non-profit organization Pro Art and Rossotrudnichestvo.
